A development of 21 apartments and a retail unit spread across three structural blocks in an inner city site. Fronting onto London Street, Block A houses three apartments and a retail space. Block B is a three-story steel frame housing six apartments that rise over a single-story basement. Block C is a six-story steel frame housing twelve apartments, including a duplex penthouse apartment.
