A timber frame structure set in idyllic gardens overlooking Belfast Lough. The garden room accommodates a kitchen, bathroom, living space and mezzanine area. A post free cantilever corner at the entrance to the room maximises views within the space while also minimising interference with the root structure of the adjacent tree.
